WELCOME TO THE 2025/26 NATIONAL YOUTH CUP
Building on community feedback from across the last couple of seasons, we’re making some changes to the England Futsal 2025/26 National Youth Cup.
For this season, our National competition will form one of the three pathways within our newly-introduced Youth Development Partners programme.
What’s the National Youth Cup Format?
The initial round of the competition will be played as Regional Qualifying Events, hosted by 9 of our fantastic Youth Development Partners and played between January 31st - March 31st 2026.
This ensures that competing clubs will be able to access the competition at a more local level, reducing travelling distances, increasing player participation and improving the balance of competition.
Qualifiers of each Regional Event will advance into the knockout round, to be played in a home and away format as per last season’s competition. These knockout rounds will be played between April 1st - May 17th 2026.
Winners of the knockout rounds will then move through to May’s England Futsal 2026 National Youth Cup Finals’ Weekend - hosted at Repton School over the weekend of the 30th and 31st May 2026 - click here to watch the action from the 2025 National Youth Cup Finals’ Weekend.
What do Participating Clubs Need to do?
If your club wants to be part of this year’s National Youth Cup, please read carefully all of the information below:
1) Scroll down this page to decide which Regional Qualifying Event/s you would like to register for, based on your location and which categories you are entering teams for:
U14 Mixed
U14 Girls
U16 Mixed
U16 Girls
PLEASE NOTE: There is a maximum limit of three teams permitted from the same club per category.
2) Once you have decided which Regional Qualifying Event/s you would like to enter, the next step is to register as a club with England Futsal via the link below.
Here you can indicate which events you wish to enter teams for, how many teams you will be entering per category, and create a Club Admin Profile, which will allow you to easily enter players from our platform into your relevant events once our Club Registration window has closed, on Monday 26th January at 17:00.
3) Once your club is registered, please await further information about paying your Tournament Entry Fees (which go directly to our Host Partners) and completing Youth Player Registration for each participating player.
For the 2025/26 season, each participating player must complete a Youth Player Registration form and pay a ONE-TIME £5 FEE, which allows them to access ANY England Futsal Youth Development Partner event for the remainder of this season. This includes later rounds of the National Youth Cup as well as any ACTIVATE and CHALLENGER events run by other partners. To find out more about our ACTIVATE and CHALLENGER events, click here.

Next Steps
TOURNAMENT ENTRY & FEE
The Club Registration window will remain open for 10 days, until Monday 26th January at 17:00. Any clubs who do not register by this point will be ineligible to compete in this season’s National Youth Cup.
Once all participating clubs have registered with England Futsal and have a Club Admin Profile set-up, our Host Partners will then be ready to start finalising their teams and groups for each Regional Qualifying Event.
Where demand has exceeded the event capacity, England Futsal and/or other Youth Development Partners will provide additional Regional Qualifying Events to meet these demands and ensure all participating teams are catered for.
Once confirmed, our Host Partners will then distribute a link to your club admin, to go through and pay your Tournament Entry fee on our platform. This will confirm your participation in the Regional Qualifying Event.
PLEASE NOTE: While we have endeavoured to keep entry fees within a similar price range across regions, they will vary slightly from event to event depending on venue costs incurred by each Host Partner. Our target range for entry fees PER TEAM is between £50-75, if any entry fee is more expensive than this, both England Futsal and the Host Partner will communicate with your club to provide an explanation as to why.
YOUTH PLAYER REGISTRATION & FEE
Once we have all clubs registered on the platform (after Monday 26th January), and ahead of the qualifying events taking place, England Futsal and Host Partners will distribute links to all participating clubs for Youth Player Registration.
This will include payment of a ONE-TIME £5 FEE, which guarantees the individual access to all further England Futsal Youth Development Partner events for the remainder of the 2025/26 season. It is NOT an entry fee for this specific event only. Further events will include ACTIVATE, CHALLENGER and later rounds of the NATIONAL YOUTH CUP.
The Youth Player Registration form will allow the individual to select which club they are playing for, connecting their account to your club’s profile on our platform.
WHY DOES THIS PROCESS MAKES IT EASIER FOR YOU?
Once your club has successfully paid for and entered your respective Regional Qualifying Event/s, you will be able to view and manage all of your registered players, by simply logging into your Club Admin Profile.
This will allow you to easily check which players are registered and who still needs to register, as well as directly add your club’s players from the platform into the respective squad lists and teams for the different events that you have entered.
